Annalise serves as a Program Director for Wisconsin Academy Basketball and plays an integral role in the development and growth of the girls’ program. She provides extensive recruiting coordination for girls athletes, working closely with players and families to navigate the college recruiting process. Annalise also serves as the head coach for the 16U UA Rise girls team, as well as the 11U and 12U girls national teams.
A McFarland High School graduate, Annalise was a four-year varsity letter winner, WBCA All-Star and First Team All-Conference / Player of the Year recipient. She continued her playing career at NCAA Division II Stonehill College in Boston, Massachusetts.
Annalise brings extensive coaching experience at the high school and collegiate levels. Her background includes time at McFarland before joining the varsity staff at Monona Grove High School. Most recently, she’s served as an assistant coach at NCAA Division III Edgewood University. At the club level, she previously coached the Wisconsin Academy Class of 2026 UA Rise team, helping develop and place seven athletes into collegiate basketball programs.
With a strong understanding of player development, recruiting pathways, and program structure, Annalise is committed to creating competitive environments that emphasize growth, accountability, and long-term success for our student-athletes.
